Still livin'

Hello all...

I don't have much to say, but I feel I need to write something so you don't all think I'm dead or something. I was so happy yesterday. A friend of mine, who I haven't talked to in 5 weeks, called me. He's up in Borden doing his basic training. So it was nice to hear from him. Apparently it's hard living up there . They have buffet styled meals with steak and ribs and stuff, they never do more than 10 push ups at a time because they have older women in their group, and they don't get screamed at like in the movies. I'm sure it's worse than he plays it out to be. He seems like the kind of person who's pretty tough...tough as in can handle pain and pressure. He said that I could do it though. Now if only there wasn't a potential of being shipped off, I'd join the army for sure! I like challenges like that.

Speaking of which, I started working out again. Oh boy! It was pretty difficult. I hadn't stretched out in a loooong time, so needless to say, the next morning I woke up pretty sore. I worked out again today and now my legs are killing me! I had such a hard time walking home hehe. I bike a lot already outside, but I hadn't done weights and specific exercises regularly since last September. I know...it's bad.


I put this picture up because I took it and I like it. It's kind of difficult to see here, but there's a tree and a silo silhouetted in the foreground. It looks pretty. I love nature!
